Booking a trip
A deposit reserves your spot on a package. Deposits are per-traveler and non-refundable, but transferable to another eligible traveler at no charge up until 14 days before departure.
Payment schedule
The remaining balance is split into monthly installments, with the final payment due 30 days before departure. Failure to complete payment by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of amounts paid.
Cancellations
Outside of transfers, cancellations do not receive a refund of amounts paid unless you purchased optional trip protection at checkout, which is underwritten by a third-party insurer and subject to its own terms.
Eligibility
Travelers must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a guardian who is also booked on the trip, and must provide a valid ID or passport as required by the destination.
Conduct
Travelers are expected to follow the rules of resorts, venues, and transportation providers. SpringBreakU and its partners reserve the right to remove any traveler from a trip for behavior that endangers themselves or others, without refund.
Limitation of liability
SpringBreakU coordinates bookings with independent, accredited partners. SpringBreakU is not liable for acts, omissions, or conditions caused by resorts, airlines, or excursion operators outside of its direct control.
